For paperbacks with a list price less than $25.00, enclose $5.00 for postage and handling for each title requested. (Requests for paperback exam copies are limited to four titles.) Examination copies of clothbound books and paperbacks retailing for $25.00 or more will be sent on a 90-day examination basis and invoiced at a 10% discount. Please supply a MasterCard or Visa number, expiration date, and phone number. If after 90 days we have not received evidence of adoption (a bookstore order for a minimum of 10 copies) or return of the book in salable condition, we will bill the credit card for purchase of the book.
